Our Leadership
At Olive Branch Fellowship, we believe that leadership in the community of faith is a calling of service, humility, and spiritual responsibility. The Scriptures teach that those who lead God's people should be men and women of integrity who love the Lord, walk in obedience to His Word, and care for the spiritual well-being of the congregation.
Our leaders seek to follow the example of Yeshua the Messiah, who taught that true leadership is expressed through serving others. They are committed to teaching the Scriptures faithfully, guiding the congregation in truth, and helping others grow in their relationship with God.
We are grateful for the leaders God has placed in our community and for their dedication to shepherding and encouraging the body of believers.
How Leadership Works at Olive Branch Fellowship
At Olive Branch Fellowship, leadership is established through appointment rather than congregational voting. This approach reflects the pattern we see throughout the Scriptures, where leaders were chosen based on their character, faithfulness to God, and spiritual maturity.
We believe those who lead within the congregation should be people who fear God, walk in righteousness, and demonstrate wisdom and humility. Leaders are recognized and appointed because of the fruit of their lives and their commitment to serving the community of faith.
Our leadership team seeks to guide the congregation through prayer, teaching of the Scriptures, and faithful shepherding of the community.
